Own Hedra's video engine, with YouTube as its highest-converting channel. You produce long-form tutorials, deep-dives and product narratives, then feed a cutdown pipeline for X, LinkedIn, TikTok and paid. You write or brief scripts, shoot and cut much of it yourself, run a freelance bench and own thumbnails, titles and weekly numbers. On-site in San Francisco.
