Creative Executive, Animation

Develop and oversee a slate of original kids and family animated series for ages roughly 3 to 15. You take projects from concept through outline, show bible and an initial 10-episode season, and evaluate outside pitches, scripts and IP. You work with writers and the design team to set visual direction and give creative oversight through production. The studio develops and produces fast and iterates on audience response rather than spending years in approvals.
