About
I am an animation director, VFX supervisor, and creative production leader with 30 years of experience across feature films, television, commercials, AAA games, and emerging media. My work centers on turning creative intent into finished, emotionally engaging content. I direct character performance, guide multidisciplinary teams, shape production strategy, collaborate with artists and vendors, and develop hybrid workflows that combine traditional animation and VFX craft with generative AI. My credits span 18 feature films, more than 85 commercials, and 38 AAA games, including Avatar: The Way of Water, Pan’s Labyrinth, Stuart Little 2, X-Men 2, Red Dead Redemption, Fortnite, and Valorant. Most recently, I served as Global VFX Supervisor for Paramount Animation and Nickelodeon Animation. I am particularly interested in helping studios, filmmakers, technology teams, and independent creators use AI more intentionally. My focus is not simply generating images or shots, but preserving character consistency, performance, storytelling, continuity, and directorial control throughout production. I am available for animation and creative direction, VFX supervision, production consulting, workflow development, creative testing, original IP development, and artist-centered AI product feedback.
