About
Tom E. Marzullo is a Parnelli Award-winning production designer and creative director with over four decades of experience shaping live entertainment on the world's biggest stages. As founder of Out of Our Minds Creative Services, he has designed and/or managed international concert tours for Prince, KISS, Justin Bieber, Luther Vandross, Chris Brown, Ariana Grande, Jay Z, T-Pain, Ne-Yo, Charlie Wilson, The Band Perry, George Benson, and Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band, among many others. His work spans production design, tour direction, and production management across arenas, stadiums, and touring theatrical productions worldwide, with career-defining engagements including Justin Bieber's My World 2.0 and Believe World Tours, Prince's Controversy, 1999, and Purple Rain tours, and multiple world tours for KISS. Beyond the concert stage, Marzullo has applied his design and production expertise to major televised and corporate events, including supervising producer and creative director duties for the 1994 FIFA World Cup ceremonies at RFK Stadium, production design for four concert segments in Pitch Perfect 2, location producing for Super Bowl LIII, and three decades as production designer for UniverSoul Circus. He is the recipient of the Parnelli Award for Set and Scenic Design and the Tour Link Top Dog Award for Production Manager of the Year, and is recognized industry-wide for his ability to deliver ambitious, visually striking productions on schedule and within budget. Marzullo is currently developing original content for the stage, integrating a suite of AI tools into his creative process to accelerate concept development, visual design, and music creation.
