Max

A lost brother. A flooded city. A voice breaking through the silence. MAX is a hopeful science-fiction short and proof of concept for an original screen series, written and directed by multimedia artist Roos van der Jagt, an Earth Rising project. After a car accident kills her mother and separates her from her younger brother, Zoey comes to believe that Max is dead. One year later, a catastrophic flood engulfs her Dutch city. As an extraordinary rescue network created through human–extraterrestrial cooperation awakens, a familiar voice offers something she thought she had lost: the possibility of finding him again.
